Synopsis -

‘A psychological page-turner’ – Good Housekeeping
If you can’t trust yourself, who can you trust?

It all started that night in the woods.

Cass Anderson didn’t stop to help the woman in the car, and now she’s dead.

Ever since, silent calls have been plaguing Cass and she’s sure someone is watching her.

Consumed by guilt, she’s also starting to forget things. Whether she took her pills, what her house alarm code is – and if the knife in the kitchen really had blood on it.

Bestselling author B A Paris is back with a brand new psychological thriller full of twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This has to be one of the most gripping thrillers I've read in some time and I could not put the book down.

It starts with one simple incident "The Breakdown", then progresses into Murder, mystery and intrigue, with little hints along the way.
The author has put so many different aspects into this book that it takes you on a real roller coaster ride. The list of murder suspects will make you keep changing your mind.

I felt about a quarter of a way into the book, who was responsible and had convinced myself but I was so wrong. I felt nervous, intrigued and horrified throughout. I did feel it ended abruptly and I would have liked a couple of aspects finalised some, but all in all a great read.
